Review: Keeping Her Secret

Keeping Her Secret Keeping Her Secret by Sarah Nicolas
My rating: 0 of 5 stars

I liked the book for the most part...thought Courtney was a little snobbish an a little bit of a prude but than considering her parents and how they were with ballet it actually didn't surprise me all that much. Riya seemed very confident in not only her sexuality but as a person in general which I found amazing!! I was happy with how the author made this book...it not only showed the characters an regular teens that go through everyday issues but it showed how some people no matter how good of a friend they are can be a little cruel

I want to thank Netgalley, Entangled and Sarah Nicolas for giving me the chance to read this book for an honest review

Review: Paint My Body Red

Paint My Body Red Paint My Body Red by Heidi R. Kling
My rating: 3 of 5 stars

I feel bad giving this 3 stars but honestly it is more like 3.5 and let me explain why...

The book in general was fine, well put together an I did enjoy it, BUT I kinda felt like it should have been 2 books and it honestly left me wanting more, I liked how the author did the Then and Now an how the character told her story but it just really felt like something was missing for me. It touched on a few taboo subjects for example; teen suicide, rape and in a way death....The main character went through more than most teens do an I think thats why I felt like maybe if it was two books we could have seen more.

I would like to thank Netgalley, Entangled Publishing and Heidi R. Kling for giving me a chance to read this for an honest reivew

Review: Beautiful Disaster

Beautiful Disaster Beautiful Disaster by Jamie McGuire
My rating: 5 of 5 stars

This is one of those books where you can feel what the characters are going through...THAT or you've lived it once or twice when you were younger. It isn't your typical romance and THAT is why I love this book. Abby and Travis are crazy enough that it just works!! Both having issues that they are trying to overcome. I loved the fact that before Travis met Abby he was basically a man whore an he had no problems with that. I can't wait to dig into Travis's POV in Walking Disaster.
